Longtime ESB Advertising client, Express Home Buyers, was one of the pioneers in the “Sell your house fast” real estate space. As ESB’s first client, Express reached out looking for a catchy jingle to market themselves with on TV. So became one of the most popular jingles in the DC, Maryland, and Virginia areas with daytime TV watchers singing along, “Express Home Buyers, we’ll buy your house in 7 days!”
ESB Advertising has since created a variety of television commercials for the real estate client, with the most recent series below. Using a mixture of testimonials and humor, we created three commercials to target the DC DMA on broadcast television, digital video, VOD, and connected TV. By measuring both the success of each spot paired with the performance of each platform, ESB is able to effectively adjust the campaign to give Express Home Buyers their highest possible ROI.
